Trip Payment Terms

• Deposit of 50% is due at time of confirmed reservation.
• Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip departure date.
• Entire trip fee is due at time of reservation if departure is less then 60 days.
• An additional 10% fee is added to reservations made 30 days or less from departure date.

Trip Cancellation Terms

All cancellations must be in writing! A written cancellation can be in the form of an e-mail to our office at contact@globalexpeditionsinc.com or by U.S. mail.

Global Expeditions Inc. does not provide Passenger Travel Protection Insurance; therefore we highly recommend obtaining Travel or Trip Cancellation Insurance from your insurance agent.

In the event of written cancellation, the following forfeiture of trip deposits will be assessed based on the number of days prior to the trip departure the cancellation was received.

40-59 days - 20% of the trip price

20-39 days - 30% of the trip price

19-10 days - 50% of the trip price

9 days or less - 100% of the trip price
